TatkalMail ("we", "our", or "the service") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what your rights are. TL;DR: We collect almost nothing and delete what we do use automatically.

2. Information We Collect

TatkalMail is designed to minimize data collection:

Temporary email addresses: Generated randomly, stored only for the duration of your session.
Received email content: Emails delivered to your temporary address are stored in memory only and auto-deleted when your session expires.
Technical logs: Standard server access logs (IP address, browser type, timestamp) retained for up to 7 days for security purposes only.

We do not collect: names, phone numbers, payment information (free plan), or any account credentials.

3. Cookies & Tracking

TatkalMail uses only a minimal session cookie to maintain your temporary inbox state. We do not use:

Third-party analytics or tracking pixels
Social media retargeting cookies
Advertising cookies
Cross-site tracking technologies

We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data may only be disclosed if required by law or to protect the safety of our users.

5. Data Retention

All temporary email addresses and their contents are automatically and permanently deleted when your session expires (60 minutes for free, 24 hours for Pro). No backups of email content are maintained.

6. Your Rights

Since we don't store personal data tied to any account, there is effectively no personal profile to access, correct, or delete. If you have concerns, contact us at privacy@tatkalmail.tech.
